Shipping & Returns
Thank you for shopping at Whistler’s Storm.
The courier used depends on the value of the order. Orders of one bottle only will be shipped using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service. Orders of two or more bottles will be shipped using DPD’s Next Day service. All shipping costs will be specified at checkout. Where free shipping is available for your order, it will appear as a shipping choice at checkout. There are no other costs or charges other than what you see on the checkout screen. Your tracking number will be emailed to you following your purchase.
Please note at this time we only ship to the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland). Furthermore, any orders of two or more bottles to the Highlands and Islands will be subject to a shipping charge of £22. In this instance, it may be more cost effective to make two or more separate purchases of one bottle to avoid this higher charge.
Refunds and Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect goods
For any damaged, defective or mis-picked goods, please notify us at email@example.com within 1 day of observing the problem, including a photo of the products affected. The replacement goods will be re-sent to you at our own expense.
Method of Refund
The refund will be made to the same payment method as was made to place the order.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your request and reasons, and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours with a response.
Delivery Charge on Returned Goods
All refunds and returns will be at the customers expense and this will not be reimbursed. The exception is where the item is damaged, defective or mis-picked and we request you to send us the item back. In this instance, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs.
Products Returned Outside of the Cancellation Period
Products returned outside of the cancellation period will not be eligible for a refund, unless agreed prior with customer services. Please email email@example.com if you have a return request that falls outside of the cancellation period.
