15ml vanilla syrup

25ml egg white or aquafaba (Ve)

Shake with ice, then strain

40ml Whistler’s Storm Masala Chai

40ml gin

15ml vanilla syrup

40ml oat milk

Shake with ice, then strain


 

 

Captain’s Negroni

35ml Whistler’s Storm Assam Black

25ml dark rum

10ml Campari

15ml sweet vermouth

Mix over ice, then strain


 

 

Assam’s Perfect Storm

15ml Bourbon

40ml Whistler’s Storm Assam Black

20ml lemon juice

15ml sugar syrup

25ml egg white or aquafaba (Ve)

Shake with ice, then strain


 

 

Earl Grey Mar-tea-nez

50ml gin

25ml Whistler’s Storm Earl Grey

15ml sweet vermouth

1 dash Angostura bitters

Mix ingredients with ice, then strain


 

 

Tea Spritz

50ml Whistler’s Storm Earl Grey

75ml prosecco

25ml soda water

Ice

Garnish with lemon slice and mint

30ml Whistler’s Storm (your choice of flavour)

30ml gin

20ml lemon juice

15ml sugar syrup

Top off with soda water

Pour over ice then stir


 

 

On the rocks

Fill a short tumbler with ice

Add your favourite Whistler’s Storm

Gently stir and enjoy!


 

 

With Ginger Ale or Lemonade

One part of your favourite Whistler’s Storm (Assam Black, Earl Grey or Masala Chai)

Two parts lemonade or ginger ale
